Since 1915, the Hatzinikolaou family from Gera, Lesvos, has been collecting and producing unique Greek olive oils from the centenarian olive groves at “Stalos“. Inheriting this experience of years, in 2015 they decided to put this precious juice in a separate, special bottle, wanting to highlight its incomparable taste and its special characteristics.
Leafy green salads, raw vegetables, grilled white and red meat, quarry, grilled & boiled fish, sea food, dressings for fish & sea food, soft cheeses, soups, sauces, confections, cakes, ice cream, yogurt and desserts in general.
