1. Withdrawal

1.1. Our goal is to ensure our customers are absolutely satisfied. In any case, we invite you to check the products upon receipt. However, if you receive a defective product or if any other problem arises, please contact us at +30 22890 28336 or per e-mail at: sales@savvasmykonos.gr for more details. Please read all articles on the Delivery Policy that governs refund issues and applies collectively to this.

1.2. Users who make purchases and sales from our online store as consumers can withdraw from the purchase and sale within 14 days from the receipt of their order, by sending (within the aforementioned deadline) a withdrawal form or by sending a withdrawal statement together with the product, provided that in this case both the product and the statement will be received by the company within 14 days of receipt of the product.

a) As our products include products that can deteriorate or that are vulnerable and sensitive, we would like to inform you that these products are explicitly excluded by law from the right to withdraw. Products that you CANNOT return for unjustified reasons are listed in detail in the list of products excluded from withdrawal (see annex). Please note that the criteria for determining products excluded from the possibility of withdrawal are defined by law, such as vulnerable nature, easy deterioration or short expiration date, and have been determined on the basis of standard practice and declarations and relevant preservation instructions of the manufacturers, as they appear on the product labels.

1.3. In case you exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase of a product that is not excluded, then the following applies to the withdrawal of products purchased from our online store:

a) Returns must take place no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal by sending the products with your responsibility and at your own expense exclusively to our physical store, “SAVVAS MYKONOS” in Mykonos Town, Melpo Axioti street, behind them windmills, GR-84600, Mykonos, Greece.
b) In order for us to accept a return, the product you send to our company must be in the condition received, not used, complete with the original packaging intact along with all the documents that accompanied the product and the appropriate conditions of preservation must have been maintained.
c). The returned products must be sent to the aforementioned address and must be accompanied by: a) the Retail Receipt / Sales Invoice or the Delivery Note and the Withdrawal Statement (even if you have already sent it to us electronically). This form must be completed with all the necessary information requested, printed and signed. It shall then be placed in the return package.

d). If the conditions of paragraph b) and c) above are met, the refund of the paid amount will be made directly by us or in cooperation with the respective payment provider or otherwise within the time limit foreseen by law in case of withdrawal. If you are refunded through a third-party payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Viva Payments, credit card, etc.), you may be charged a fee by the third-party provider based on its terms of use, for which our company is not responsible.
e) Please note that if the aforementioned conditions are not met or if one of the aforementioned accompanying documents is missing, your request for withdrawal cannot be met, and the product will be returned to you at the recipient’s expense.

  1. Change / cancel an order

2.1. Changing or cancelling an order is accepted only if the Order Confirmation has not been sent, which means the order has not been completed. Please note that after the order is confirmed, it is NOT possible to change the stated delivery address for any reason, for security reasons (fight against fraud).

2.2. If you are a consumer, you may exercise the right of withdrawal or return foreseen in the relevant articles.

2.4. In case a part or the total of the price paid to our company is required to be refunded upon cancellation or change of your order according to the aforementioned terms, the corresponding amount will be refunded immediately with a method that will be agreed between us. If you are refunded through a third-party payment provider (e.g. PayPal, Viva Payments, credit card, etc.) you may be charged a fee by that third-party provider based on its terms of use, for which our company is not responsible.

  1. Returns in the event of real defects or lack of agreed properties

3.1 Our goal is to ensure our customers are absolutely satisfied. In any case, we invite you to check the products upon receipt. However, if you receive a defective product or if any other problem arises at our fault, please contact us at +30 22890 28336 or per e-mail at: sales@savvasmykonos.gr for more details.

3.2. In all cases of products returned due to real defects or lack of agreed properties at our fault, which were purchased from our online store, the following apply:
i) Returns are made exclusively to our physical store, “SAVVAS MYKONOS” in Mykonos Town, Melpo Axioti street, behind the windmills, GR-84600, Mykonos, Greece. Shipment of the product to our company will be performed only by our cooperating carrier, after you have contacted us by phone at +30 22890 28336 or e-mail at: sales@savvasmykonos.gr, to inform us about the identified problem in the specific product. The return of the product will take place only from the delivery address that stated when placing your order.

ii) In order for us to accept a return, the product must be in the condition received, not used, complete with the original packaging intact and the appropriate conditions of preservation must have been maintained.

iii). The returned products must be accompanied by the Retail Receipt / Sales Invoice or the Delivery Note. Please note that if one of the aforementioned accompanying documents is missing, your request for withdrawal cannot be met, and the product shall not be accepted by the company.

iv). We shall process your return request within a reasonable period of time.
