Klea’s Extra Virgin is an extra virgin olive oil from the Chondrolia variety of Halkidiki. The fruits are harvested in November exclusively by hand and they are being processed within a few hours of harvest at temperatures below 25 οC. The result is a balanced olive oil with a medium fruity aroma, mildly bitter and spicy, low acidity and high concentration of polyphenols. These polyphenols help protect the body from cardiovascular disease, reduce harmful cholesterol (LDL) in the blood, have anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory action.
