Fiala extra virgin olive oil is produced from Koroneiki variety from the family olive groves in the Laconian land from early harvested olives. The process takes place within 6 hours from the harvest at a maximum temperature of 25 oC (cold extraction). The ideal conditions of cultivation, production and packaging ensure the high quality and nutritional value of the product. Rich in phenolic compounds, with an intense fruity aroma reminiscent to freshly cut grass, artichoke, tomato and herbs and with a medium bitter and spicy aftertaste, it is ideal to accompany almost any culinary creation. The unique handmade ceramic bottle is inspired by Flaskia, the dried pumpkin with which was used during the old times from people to carry water and olive oil.
