Meet the Producer

Pathos EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
is produced in a traditional mountain olive grove at
the eastern foot of Mount Psiloritis and specifically

in Kavalaria, Korfes Malevizi
from the Koroneiki olive variety.
We cultivate our traditional family olive groves
with personal and manual labor and with total respect
to the environment and to the tree that feeds us

for generations

Pursuing the best and highest quality result, I cultivate in a biological way, paying
special attention to the olive harvesting, which takes place in the early stages of the
nurturing, as well as the cold oiling that is accomplished in the most contemporary

methods.

As a result, I manage to achieve an excellent result by ensuring the production of a
premium extra virgin olive oil containing high polyphenols and European health
claim (EU health claim 432/2012), rich in aromatics and with very low acidity 0.18%

multi-awards in many prestigious olive oil competitions.

In terms of organoleptic attributes, stands out for its taste complexity and richness,

its fruity aromas on freshly cut grass, artichoke,
green almond, pepper. Its balanced features
and a moderate bitter and spicy taste leave you
with a very beautiful infusion.

The bottle contains olive oil exclusively from our own olive groves.
It is a uniquely designed bottle of 500ml but small in volume, which is offered in a

luxury case,

is very ergonomic as it folds in an envelope-size assisting

its transfer wherever necessary.

All our PATHOS for the olive oil and the olive trees is enclosed in this tailor-made

packaging.
