Meet the Producer
Black Garlic DownVillage, launched its activities in 2012 as an experimental farm in Katichori, Pelion, by Panagiotis Ganotis, who after studying in the filed of automation and computers, has been producing black garlic for the last seven years, a product that has entered and conquered markets abroad. The idea was born first, with the valuable contribution of chef Grigoris Helmis, followed by research & experiments both in production, as well as in innovative products.
