Meet the Producer
The truffle collection started timidly in 2009. The combination of hiking in the most beautiful places of Greek nature and the love for dogs gave us the impetus to start this special hunt. The first reaction was to turn to experts. Without realizing it we were already in Italy for the purchase of the first dog, the first Lagotto Romagnolo. So everything started to take on flesh and blood. Starting in the Peloponnese, we began to explore all possible areas to find this rare underground fungus. The aroma of the Peloponnesian truffle varieties is interwoven with two basic characteristics: uniqueness and high quality. Its woody origin is mixed with the aroma of fresh soil and gives a light and delicate aroma. Her collection all these years ceases to be a hobby and begins to take on another status. In 2015 we decided to take the big step. Achieving the harvest, we proceeded to the standardization – packaging of the Greek truffle, offering, in collaboration with nature, a completely natural product, which is used either whole or in combination as a mixture with other food items. The most common products are truffle oil, truffle sauce, sliced truffle, white truffle butter, white truffle cream, honey with truffle, salt with truffle and more.
