Meet the Producer
Black Garlic DownVillage, launched its course in 2012 as an experimental farm in Katichori of Pelion by Panagiotis Ganotis, who with studies in automation and computers, produces the last seven years black garlic “travels” on overseas markets and conquers them.
The idea preceded, with the valuable contribution of chef Grigoris Helmis and followed research & experiments both in its own production, as well as in innovative products.
